ORDERING

Shopping at Black Pearl is easy. You may browse our products by Category, Brand or even Latest. Once you see a product you like, click on the product to choose your size and click Add to cart. Once the item is added, you can go to your cart from the top right corner. Click on Checkout to complete your order.

You can browse the website and add items to your cart, however at check-out we ask you to register to enable the following benefits:

  • View purchase history.
  • Track packages.
  • Refund items via the return form.
  • Save your addresses in your personal address book.
  • Add products to your wish list.

Simply open the product page and click on Inform me if this item gets back in stock link, and then fill in your email address. If the item gets back in stock, we will email you to let you know.

Once your order is placed you will be taken to the confirmation page. A confirmation will also be sent to your email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, kindly contact us at info@boutiqueblackpearl.com or call us on +965 55618844.

To check the status of your order, sign into your account and go to Account History. There you will see your orders and their status.

All our orders are packaged in our beautiful signature Black Pearl pouch, box and bag ready to be gifted or personally enjoyed. Should you wish to add a personal message, you have the option to do so during the check out process.

Due to the law of Kuwait Ministry of Commerce, we are required to collect the Civil ID number (local) or passport number (international) of all customers purchasing precious metal or stone items (e.g. Gold, Diamonds, Sapphires). We therefore require all our customers to provide the above information to keep on file, to enable easier processing of all purchases.

Due to law of Kuwait Ministry of Commerce, we are required to collect a photocopy of the identification of all customers who have purchased more than 3000KD worth of gold or diamond items.

Due to shipping restriction laws, we cannot ship 18Karat (and above) gold or precious stone items. We apologize for any inconvenience.

You may cancel your order via emailinfo@boutiqueblackpearl.comup to the time the order is dispatched. If the order has been processed you cannot cancel the order, but may still return after you receive it.You will receive an email either to confirm the cancellation of the order or to let you know the order has already been processed.

PAYMENT

Currently we accept Visa and MasterCard for international customers. Local customers may also choose to pay with K-net or Cash On Delivery. All online credit card payments are processed through a secure payment system provided by NBK/Cybersource.

For international customers, custom duties and taxes will be calculated depending on the country of shipping and will be paid directly to DHL. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes to be paid.

No you will not be charged sales tax.
