Black Pearl ships internationally via DHL Worldwide Express and locally in Kuwait via delivery express.
Local customers (Kuwait):We offer delivery within 48 working hours after processing your payment.
International customers:Your order should take a maximum of 5 business days from processing your payment, to reach you via DHL Worldwide Express (depending on shipping destination). Please note we are not responsible for any delays due to the shipping destination's custom's clearance
For local customers the delivery charge is 2KD. For international customers shipping cost depends on destination and weight and will be calculated at checkout. For estimated rates and delivery times, please see the dropdown below:

To track your shipment, go to My Account, and click on Order history. Your orders will be displayed along with their shipment/tracking information.
Due to shipping restriction laws, we cannot ship 18Karat (and above) gold or precious stone items. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Black Pearl does not ship to multiple addresses.
We accept refunds for both local and international customers for eligible products (please see below for EXEMPT items) within the allowed return period. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Black Pearl reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged, soiled or altered and may re-send the returns back to the customer. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund any shipping or handling charges (including any custom duties, clearance or taxes).
Local customers (Kuwait): May return eligible products within 14 days of purchase date for a full refund. Pick-ups for refund will be not be charged.
International customers: May return eligible products within 14 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund. Returns will be via DHL Worldwide Express and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Unfortunately we cannot provide exchanges at this time, but you may ask for a refund and create a new order for the requested item.
Your refund will be processed in the same format as it was paid. That is, payments by credit card will be processed back to the same credit card within 30 days in the amount of the refunded item, minus any shipping and handling fees. Payments by cash will be processed by cash.
Local customers (Kuwait):If you paid using your credit/debit/Knet card a refund will be issued to your card within 30 days in the amount of the returned item(s), minus any shipping and handling fees.
If you paid by cash on delivery (COD) when the items were delivered to you, your refund will be issued in cash, minus any shipping and handling fees.International customers:If you paid using your credit card a refund will be issued to your card within 30 days in the amount of the returned item(s), minus any shipping and handling fees.
You may cancel your order via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) up to the time the order is dispatched. If the order has been processed you cannot cancel the order, but may still make a refund after you receive it.
You will receive an email either to confirm the cancellation of the order or to let you know the order has already been processed.
The following items are exempt from refund:
- Items on sale.
- Earrings for pierced ears.
- 18K gold and above.
- Precious stones (Diamonds, rubies etc.).
